Senior Services of America specializes in the management and operation of senior housing properties — primarily assisted living, memory care, and independent living. Senior Services of America was created in 2000 by co-founders, Lee Field and Randy Trettevik, both who have extensive expertise and experience in the senior housing industry.

Senior Services of America is currently operating in eight states and managing over 1,800 units.

Our senior management team has over 100 years combined experience in operating and marketing senior housing. It is this experience we have built the foundation of our management and operational services on. Our management approach utilizes our industry expertise to implement a series of proven operating systems tailored to each community. These proven tactics result in enhanced services and efficiencies that in turn, enrich the lives of the residents we serve daily.
