Lee Field
Chief Executive Officer

As founder of Senior Services of America, Mr. Field’s experience with senior housing encompasses over 20 years in marketing and operations, acquisition, development and finance of senior housing and care service alternatives for the elderly. During his career, Mr. Field has been instrumental in the completion of over $375M in senior housing and assisted living transactions.

Randy Trettevik
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Trettevik is a partner in Senior Services of America and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Trettevik has over 20 years experience in investments, financial management, development and asset management of senior housing and healthcare properties.

John Gonzales Jr.
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gonzales is the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gonzales has over 17 years of successful and progressive experience in the senior housing and assisted living industry, holding a succession of facility, regional and corporate level positions including Executive Director, Director of Marketing, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.

Jill Harry
Director of Operations - Western Region

Ms. Harry serves as the Director of Operations-Western Region for Senior Services of America. As a demonstrated leader in the long-term care industry, Ms. Harry, has successfully managed health care facilities for the past 12 years. Prior to joining Senior Services of America, Ms. Harry served as a Licensed Health Care Administrator for the Vencor Corporation, a publicly traded company (NYSE).

Jo McClung
Director of Operations – Eastern Region

Mrs. McClung serves as the Director of Operations/Eastern Region for Senior Services of America LLC.  Jo has over 10-years of experience in healthcare management with an extensive multi-discipline background in the long term care industry.  Jo began her tenure with Senior Services of America as the Executive Director for Broadview Assisted Living at Tallahassee, FL, where she demonstrated exceptional talent and skills in operational efficiency and management.   She brings to the company an aptitude for creativity, problem solving and for fostering high-quality care and customer service standards.
 
Prior to joining Senior Services of America, Jo served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Area Executive Director for Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Marika Johnson
District Manager

Mrs. Johnson has over 8 years of experience working the Independent, Assisted Living and Dementia Care communities throughout Oregon and Washington state. Her experience in the senior living industry includes 6 years as an Executive Director for several national and regional companies. She has a demonstrated passion for quality, leading her teams through a number of deficiency-free licensing surveys. Marika has experience in both the for-profit and not-for profit arenas, has an extensive knowledge of applicable state regulations, and has obtained her certification as a National Advanced Administrator from the industry-recognized Assisted Living University.

Laurie Wince
Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Ms. Wince serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Senior Services of America LLC.  Ms. Wince has over 17 years experience in healthcare management.  Her experience includes several years of marketing management success as a result of prioritizing quality services for seniors.  Laurie’s professional background also includes management positions of operational and financial responsibility for various senior living settings.  In her career, she has demonstrated successful leadership in positions as Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, and Vice President of Marketing and Operations for various local and national companies.  Laurie brings to the Senior Services’ team enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience for promotion of its progressive, quality senior living communities.

Jim Mattos
Environmental Service Director

Mr. Mattos serves as the Environmental Services Director.  Jim has nearly 30 years of progressive experience in a variety of industries including, Healthcare, HVAC Service, Banking, Remodeling Construction, and 12 years in multi-family residential property management.  Jim’s training at Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology and the Peterson School of Steam Engineering in MA, as well as Damage Control at the U.S. Coast Guard and two years at the Masters College are the backdrop to his career.  This unique blend of hands on and corporate experience is invaluable to Senior Services of America in the on-going effort to insure our communities are at optimum performance through capital improvements, life safety compliance, and interior renovations.

Lisa Lucier
Director of Resident Care Services

Ms. Lucier is the Company’s Director of Resident Care Services. Prior to her current position, Ms. Lucier has successfully managed two communities for the Company in Centralia and Olympia, Washington. Ms. Lucier has over 10 years experience as a Registered Nurse, the majority in the senior housing and assisted living industry. Prior to joining Senior Services of America, Ms. Lucier served as a Hospice Nurse and a Home Health Nurse with a major emphasis on quality of life for Assured Home Health and Hospice.

Ann Zaback, CPA
Controller

Ms. Zaback is Senior Services of America’s Controller. Ms. Zaback has over 18 years of financial management experience including 11 years in the senior housing and assisted living industry. Prior to joining Senior Services of America, Ms. Zaback served as General Accounting Manager of DaVita (formerly Total Renal Care), Director of Community Accounting for Emeritus Assisted Living and Controller of Crossings Corporation.
